JK­—78-year-old male who presented with a stage 4 sacral pressure injury with noted undermining (2.1cm). At presentation the wound measured 2 cm in length, 1.2 cm in width, 2cm depth, 2.4 sq cm area, with a volume of 4.8 cm3. At the next weekly visit, the wound had worsened and measured 2.3cm in length, 1.6 cm width, 2.8 cm depth, 3.68 sq cm area with a volume of 10.304 cm3.

The patient added Expedite once daily to his treatment plan for 8 weeks with a positive progression of the wound. After 8 weeks of treatment plus Expedite, the wound measured 1 cm in length, 0.7 cm in width, 1.12 cm in depth and 1.2 sq cm area with tunneling noted of 1.3 but no undermining.

TD—60-year-old male with multiple diabetic leg ulcers presented with a new pressure injury to his left buttock. At presentation on 11/10/21 the patient’s ulcer measured 0.6m in length, 0.4cm in width, 0.1 cm in depth with an area of 0.24 sq cm and a volume of 0.024cm3. This wound was assessed as a stage 3 pressure injury.

The following week (11/17/21) the patient’s wound measured 1.8 cm in length, 1.9 cm in width,0 .1 in depth with an area of 3.42 sq cm. The wound volume was noted to be 0.342 cm3. Expedite was added to his treatment plan.

After 3 weeks of consuming Expedite once-per-day the patient’s wound resolved with measurements of 0.3 cm in length, 0.2 cm in width, 0.1 cm in depth, 0.06 sq cm for area and .006 cm3 for volume with no tunneling or undermining noted through the history of the wound.
